Reports that don't clearly demonstrate support needs. Providers who are exceptional at what they do but struggle to navigate the NDIS. RDS Academy brings together experience from both sides of the NDIS - with training developed by a former NDIS Planner and informed by years of frontline experience supporting participants, working alongside providers and navigating the Scheme in practice.
We understand how information moves through the NDIS, what decision-makers are looking for, and how the quality of a provider's evidence, documentation and recommendations can influence the bigger picture.
But we also know that NDIS training shouldn't be one-size-fits-all.
An Occupational Therapist doesn't need the same training as a Support Coordinator. A Behaviour Support Practitioner has different responsibilities to a Support Worker. And an organisation's leadership team needs a different level of knowledge again.
